Novel prefabricated bent cap and construction method thereof
The invention provides a novel prefabricated cover beam and a construction method thereof.The main body of the prefabricated cover beam is formed by pouring concrete into a reinforcement cage, the prefabricated cover beam is used for being arranged on a bridge pipe pile, two pipe pile embedding grooves are formed in the interface of the prefabricated cover beam and the bridge pipe pile at intervals, and the two pipe pile embedding grooves are formed in the width direction of the prefabricated cover beam at intervals; the size of the horizontal cross section of each pipe pile embedding groove is not smaller than that of the horizontal cross section of the bridge pipe pile; a grouting hole and a grout outlet hole are formed in each pipe pile embedding groove at intervals, extend to the side face of the prefabricated cover beam from the pipe pile embedding groove and are located at the same horizontal height as the groove bottom of the pipe pile embedding groove; the upper portion of the bridge pipe pile is sleeved with a pressure-bearing formwork, the distance between the top face of the pressure-bearing formwork and the top of the bridge pipe pile is equal to the depth of the pipe pile embedding groove, and a formwork grouting hole is formed in the lower portion of the pressure-bearing formwork. The construction method is provided on the basis of the prefabricated cover beam, and therefore the assembly type bridge cover beam can be rapidly installed.
本发明提供一种新型预制盖梁及其施工方法,预制盖梁的主体为钢筋笼浇筑混凝土而成,用于设置在桥梁管桩上,预制盖梁与桥梁管桩的交界面上间隔开设有两管桩嵌入槽,两管桩嵌入槽沿着预制盖梁的宽度方向间隔设置,每一管桩嵌入槽的水平横截面尺寸不小于桥梁管桩的水平横截面尺寸;每一管桩嵌入槽上间隔开设有注浆孔和出浆孔,注浆孔和出浆孔均从管桩嵌入槽延伸至预制盖梁的侧面,且两者与管桩嵌入槽的槽底处于同一水平高度;桥梁管桩的上部套设有承压模板,承压模板顶面至桥梁管桩顶部的间距等于管桩嵌入槽的槽深,承压模板的下部开设有模板注浆孔。基于上述预制盖梁提出了施工方法,从而实现装配式桥梁盖梁的快速安装。
