The invention discloses novel energy-saving and environment-friendly foam light soil and a preparation method thereof, and the foam light soil is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 18-23 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 18-23 parts of hollow glass beads, 18-23 parts of regenerated composite micro powder, 2-3 parts of cement, 2-3 parts of water and 2-3 parts of a foaming agent. 142 to 170 parts of hollow glass beads; 23 to 38 parts of regenerated composite micro powder; and 232 to 305 parts of cement. Nano titanium dioxide, hollow glass beads, regenerated composite micro powder, cement, water and a foaming agent are mixed to obtain the foam light soil, the purpose of recycling waste is achieved, the overall environmental protection property of the foam light soil is effectively improved, the flow value of the foam light soil is 168 mm, the 28d compressive strength of the foam light soil is 5.0 MPa, and therefore the overall strength of the foam light soil is effectively improved; egg white is adopted as a foaming material, materials are easy to obtain, the foaming technology is simple, and the defects that a traditional surfactant is poor in stability, and animal and plant protein type cement foaming agents are short in materials and high in cost are overcome.
本发明公开了一种新型节能环保型泡沫轻质土及其制备方法,泡沫轻质土由纳米二氧化钛、空心玻璃微珠、再生复合微粉、水泥、水和发泡剂组成,其重量份数的组分为:纳米二氧化钛18~23份;空心玻璃微珠142~170份;再生复合微粉23~38份;水泥232~305份。本发明将纳米二氧化钛、空心玻璃微珠、再生复合微粉、水泥、水和发泡剂混合后得到泡沫轻质土,起到对废弃物循环利用的目的,有效提高了其整体的环保性,且其流值为168mm,28d抗压强度为5.0MPa,从而有效提高了本泡沫轻质土整体的强度,此外,采用鸡蛋清作为发泡材料,质料易得,发泡技术简略,克服了传统表面活性剂稳定性差以及动植物蛋白质型水泥发泡剂质料缺乏以及成本高的缺点。
