The invention relates to a photo-thermal energy storage wall which comprises a surface layer, an energy storage layer, a waterproof layer and an interior finish layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, and the surface layer is made of a modified asphalt-based photo-thermal composite material and specifically comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of asphalt, 10-20 parts of a modifier, 5-30 parts of a carbon material, 0.1-1 part of a dispersant, 0.1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 0.1-3 parts of an ultraviolet aging resistant agent; the energy storage layer is made of energy storage concrete. The wall body surface layer is irradiated by sunlight in the daytime, sunlight energy is absorbed and converted into heat energy to heat the whole wall body, and the energy storage layer rapidly absorbs heat transmitted to the wall body and stores the heat. And when the indoor temperature is lower than the temperature of the wall body, the heat energy stored in the wall body is released to provide heat required in the building. According to the photo-thermal energy storage wall, the renewable energy, namely sunlight, is effectively converted, stored and utilized, and the purposes of low carbon and energy conservation of buildings are achieved.
