The invention discloses a runway spreading machine, which is provided with a main frame, and comprises a rolling barrel mechanism mounted at the front end of the main frame; the scraping mechanism is mounted on the main rack and arranged on the side, adjacent to the main rack, of the barrel rolling mechanism; the turnover mechanism is mounted on the main rack and located on the side, away from the barrel rolling mechanism, of the scraping mechanism; and the stirring mechanism is arranged on the main frame and is provided with a stirring head, and the stirring head is arranged above the turnover mechanism. The stirring mechanism is arranged and moves in the turnover mechanism, an adhesive on the other side of the turnover mechanism is stirred while one side of the turnover mechanism is turned over, and after the adhesive is poured out of the turnover mechanism, the scraping mechanism conducts scraping treatment on an adhesive pile; and the scraped adhesive is discharged from the scraping mechanism and then is paved on a runway through the rolling barrel mechanism, so that the automatic treatment of a series of working procedures of stirring, dumping, scraping and rolling of the adhesive is realized, and the efficiency is greatly improved.
