The novel road anti-collision wall comprises a concrete anti-collision wall body and a metal guardrail arranged above the concrete anti-collision wall body, the concrete anti-collision wall body comprises a plurality of base tables which are sequentially spliced, a plurality of vertically-penetrating mounting holes are formed in the base tables, fixing rods are arranged in the mounting holes, the lower ends of the fixing rods penetrate out of the mounting holes and are inserted into the ground, and cement mortar fixing layers used for fixing the fixing rods are arranged in the mounting holes; the metal guardrail comprises a mounting base fixed to the top of the base table and a handrail arranged on the mounting base in a penetrating mode. The concrete anti-collision wall body is connected with the ground through the vertically arranged fixing rods, and the fixing rods are fixed through the cement mortar fixing layer, so that the concrete anti-collision wall body and the ground are fixed stably enough in the horizontal direction, and the concrete anti-collision wall body can effectively resist the impact force of a vehicle.
