Lightweight self-compacting high-performance concrete and preparation process thereof
The light self-compacting high-performance concrete is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 150 to 250 parts of coarse aggregate, 100 to 150 parts of fine sand, 5 to 10 parts of cement, 30 to 60 parts of water, 5 to 10 parts of pumping agent, 3 to 5 parts of protective agent, 25 to 45 parts of additive and 5 to 8 parts of water reducing agent. The additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of slag powder, 15-25 parts of fly ash, 3-8 parts of hydrophobic silicon dioxide, 3-5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil and 8-12 parts of water. According to the invention, the use of commercial cement is reduced, the slag powder and the fly ash are used for preparing the additive, and the additive is used as a gel material instead of cement in the self-compacting concrete.
本发明公开了一种轻质自密实高性能混凝土,包括下述重量份的材料:粗骨料150‑250份、细砂100‑150份、水泥5‑10份、水30‑60份、泵送剂5‑10份、防护剂3‑5份、添加剂25‑45份以及减水剂5‑8份。所述添加剂包括下述重量份的原料:水泥3‑5份、矿渣粉20‑30份、粉煤灰15‑25份、疏水二氧化硅3‑8份、二甲基硅油3‑5份、水8‑12份。本发明减少商品水泥的使用,利用矿渣粉和粉煤灰配置添加剂,用作凝胶材料,代替水泥在自密实混凝土中的使用。
