The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent and a preparation process thereof. The water reducing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of modified polycarboxylic acid, 3-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 8-10 parts of hydroxypropyl starch ether, 5-8 parts of glycerol and 60-80 parts of water. The water reducing agent is prepared by compounding modified polycarboxylic acid, sodium hydroxide, hydroxypropyl starch ether, glycerin and water, the water reducing agent has a certain water reducing rate, but the water reducing rate is not too high, the problem that concrete is poor in stability due to the too high water reducing rate is avoided, siloxane is contained on a molecular side chain of the modified polycarboxylic acid and is easily hydrolyzed into a silanol structure, and therefore the water reducing agent has a good water reducing effect. And meanwhile, the problems of dehydration and early solidification in the concrete pouring process are effectively avoided, the phenomenon of concrete collapse is not likely to occur, and the stability of the concrete is guaranteed.
本发明公开了聚羧酸高性能减水剂及其制备工艺,该减水剂包括如下重量份原料:改性聚羧酸40‑50份、氢氧化钠3‑5份、羟丙基淀粉醚8‑10份、甘油5‑8份、水60‑80份;本发明是通过改性聚羧酸、氢氧化钠、羟丙基淀粉醚、甘油、水复配制得,该减水剂具有一定的减水率,但减水率不会过高,避免了混凝土因减水率过高导致自身稳定性差的问题,该改性聚羧酸分子侧链上含有硅氧烷,易水解成硅醇结构,进而增加了减水剂与混凝土的相容性,同时在混凝土浇筑过程中有效地避免了出现脱水,出现提前凝固的问题,且不易出现混凝土坍塌现象,保证混凝土的稳定性。
