The invention discloses a highway engineering asphalt laying pretreatment process which is characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1, firstly, opening a sealing mechanism at the top of a treatment box (1) in asphalt laying pretreatment equipment, and putting asphalt needing impurity removal treatment into a centrifugal net cylinder (10) from a feeding hole (6); step 2, closing a sealing mechanism at the top to enable the heating tank (3) to form a sealed environment, starting the annular heating tank (3), and rapidly and continuously heating the heating tank (3); 3, a driving motor (9) is started to drive a rotating rod (8) and a centrifugal net barrel (10) to rotate rapidly, so that molten asphalt in the centrifugal net barrel (10) is rapidly centrifugally thrown out and flows out from an outflow hole (4) in the bottom of a heating tank (3); 4, the cooling mechanism rapidly cools the falling asphalt, so that the asphalt is rapidly cooled and solidified; and step 5, thoroughly crushing the solidified asphalt by a crushing mechanism in the asphalt laying pretreatment equipment.
