The lower structure comprises a suspension box body bearing platform and a plurality of fixing cables used for fixing the suspension box body bearing platform. The suspension box body bearing platform is of a hollow box body structure and comprises a box body and a cover plate arranged on the box body in a sealing and covering mode, and a vent hole and a water injection and drainage hole are formed in the box body. The interior of the box body is divided into cavity arrays by transverse partition plates and longitudinal partition plates, drainage holes are formed in the bottoms of the transverse partition plates and/or the longitudinal partition plates of the edge cavities, and water inlet channels are arranged between the non-edge cavities and the adjacent edge cavities.
