Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of Portland cement, 5-25 parts of an active mineral admixture, 10-30 parts of a composite stirred material, 2-5 parts of an air entraining and water reducing agent, 3-5 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 20-35 parts of a fiber expanding agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.03-0.08 part of an anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.5 part of an anti-freezing agent and 0.5-1.0 part of carbon fibers, the grouting material provided by the invention has proper initial setting time and final setting time, the strength and fluidity of the slurry can be greatly improved, the segregation and bleeding of the slurry are reduced, and the later shrinkage is reduced; and the binding power between the slurry and the reinforcing steel bar and the duct wall can be improved, the corrosion of the reinforcing steel bar is prevented, the compressive strength and the breaking strength are high, the performance is stable, the use is simple and convenient, and the mortar can be widely applied to the construction of roads, bridges and culverts.
