The invention discloses a concrete sealing device for a post-cast strip retention position, and relates to the technical field of building engineering construction. Comprising a first closing plate and a second closing plate which are connected with each other, and an upper baffle and a lower baffle are arranged on the other side of the second closing plate; a first connecting hole channel and a second connecting hole channel are formed in the first sealing plate, and a third connecting hole channel is formed below the first connecting hole channel; a fourth connecting hole channel and a fifth connecting hole channel are formed in the second sealing plate, and a sixth connecting hole channel is formed below the fourth connecting hole channel; the bolt sequentially penetrates through the first connecting hole channel and the fifth connecting hole channel and then is connected with the nut, and similarly, the bolt sequentially penetrates through the third connecting hole channel and the sixth connecting hole channel and then is connected with the nut. The reinforcing steel bar is clamped into a total hole channel formed by the second connecting hole channel and the fourth connecting hole channel; and the upper baffle plate and the lower baffle plate seal the second connecting hole channel and the fourth connecting hole channel except the positions through which bolts penetrate. The plugging device is simple in structure, convenient to install, not prone to slurry leakage and mold shifting and good in plugging effect.
