White-to-black pavement reflection crack treatment method
The invention discloses a white-to-black road surface reflection crack treatment method. A ground penetrating radar is adopted to carry out nondestructive detection on a white-to-black road surface reflection crack part; milling an asphalt structure layer of the lane where the damage is located to the top surface of the old cement pavement; grouting the void part of the plate bottom by using cement paste until the cement paste overflows from the adjacent grouting holes or the cracks and joints of the cement panel; the damaged panel is repaired, and a groove is formed in the cracking position of the panel to embed a dowel bar; a self-adhesive high-strength waterproof anti-crack paste with the width of 1 m is pasted at the position of the crack, then an emulsified asphalt permeable layer, a rubber asphalt macadam sealing layer and asphaltic sand with the thickness of 3 cm are sequentially constructed, and then the self-adhesive high-strength waterproof anti-crack paste with the width of 1 m is pasted at the position corresponding to the crack; and restoring to the original elevation of the pavement by adopting a conventional asphalt mixture. The dowel bar improves the joint load transfer capacity of the cement pavement, enhances the cooperative deformation between the cement panels, reduces the displacement height difference of the cement panels, reduces the stress concentration of an asphalt pavement layer, and solves the problem of reflection cracks of the pavement changed from white to black.
本发明公开了一种白改黑路面反射裂缝处治方法,采用探地雷达对白改黑路面反射裂缝部位进行无损检测;铣刨病害所在车道的沥青结构层至旧水泥路面顶面;采用水泥浆对板底脱空部位进行注浆,直至水泥浆在相邻注浆孔或水泥面板裂缝、接缝处溢出;修复破坏的面板,并在面板开裂处开槽埋设传力杆;在裂缝处贴1m宽自粘式高强防水抗裂贴,然后依次施工乳化沥青透层、橡胶沥青碎石封层、3cm厚沥青砂,再在对应裂缝位置贴1m宽自粘式高强防水抗裂贴;采用常规沥青混合料恢复至路面原标高。传力杆提高了水泥路面的接缝传荷能力,增强了水泥面板间的协同变形,减小了水泥面板位移高差,降低了沥青铺装层的应力集中,解决了白改黑路面反射裂缝的发生。
