Construction method of anti-reflection crack structure at expansion joint of white-to-black pavement
The invention relates to a construction method of an anti-reflection crack structure at a white-to-black pavement expansion joint, which comprises the following steps of: cleaning the expansion joint, and removing a joint filling material and sundries in the expansion joint; the void conditions of the bottoms of the cement concrete pavement slabs on the two sides of the expansion joint are investigated; investigating the force transmission performance of the cement concrete pavement slabs on the two sides of the expansion joint; the cement concrete pavement slabs on the two sides of the expansion joint are processed into slopes; a crack pouring material is poured into the expansion joint; the surface of the steel cover plate and the surface of the cement concrete pavement slab are fully coated with asphalt, and then the steel cover plate is arranged on the upper portion of the expansion joint; installing the anti-crack paste; and an asphalt surface layer is additionally paved to prevent generation of reflection cracks. A structure obtained by adopting the construction method for preventing the reflection crack at the expansion joint of the white-to-black pavement can enhance the tensile property of the bottom of an asphalt surface layer under the conditions of temperature and vehicle load; the use function of the expansion joint is prevented from being influenced by broken stone clamping caused by expansion joint expansion; the slope surface can greatly reduce the vertical displacement change of the steel cover plate caused by transverse expansion of the expansion joint, and the influence on an asphalt concrete surface layer is reduced.
本发明涉及一种白改黑路面胀缝处防反射裂缝结构的施工方法,其工艺包括清理胀缝,去除里面的填缝料和杂物;调查胀缝两侧水泥混凝土路面板底部的脱空状况;调查胀缝两侧水泥混凝土路面板的传力性能;将胀缝两侧水泥混凝土路面板处理成坡面;胀缝内部浇筑灌缝料;将钢盖板表面与水泥混凝土路面板表面涂满沥青,然后将钢盖板置在胀缝上部;安装抗裂贴;加铺沥青面层,以防止反射裂缝的产生。采用上述白改黑路面胀缝处防反射裂缝的施工方法得到的结构能增强温度和车辆荷载下沥青面层底部的抗拉性能;防止胀缝伸缩导致碎石卡缝,影响胀缝使用功能;坡面可大大降低胀缝横向伸缩引起的钢盖板竖向位移变化,减少对沥青混凝土面层的影响。
