A new idea and new exploration in the technical field of reflection crack prevention are provided; according to the slot type reflection crack prevention technology, only the extremely small areas on the two sides of a seam (containing random cracks) are comprehensively treated, so that the integrity and flatness of a lower layer plate of cement can be guaranteed; the relative elevation of the composite pavement structure is not increased, and the composite pavement structure has unique advantages in upgrading and reconstruction of old cement roads of rural roads, urban (intercity) roads, scenic spot roads, park roads and airport road (road) surfaces.
