The invention discloses a white-to-black pavement reflection crack prevention and treatment structure and a construction method thereof. The prevention and treatment structure comprises a backfill material layer, a waterproof bonding layer, a fiber cloth layer and an asphalt tackifying waterproof layer which are sequentially laid on the surface of a cement concrete base layer from bottom to top. Joints and cracks on the surface of the base layer are filled with the backfill material layer, the surface of the backfill material layer and the surfaces of the base layers on the two sides are coated with the waterproof bonding layer, and the fiber cloth layer is bonded to the surface of the waterproof bonding layer; and the asphalt tackifying waterproof layer is coated on the surface of the fiber cloth layer and is bonded with the asphalt overlay layer. The backfill material layer has the effects of filling base layer crack joints, supporting the asphalt overlay, dispersing stress, preventing water and the like, and the strength difference between the backfill material layer and the base layer can be reduced; through the synergistic effect of the fiber cloth layer, the waterproof bonding layer and the asphalt tackifying layer, the influence of deformation of base layer joints and cracks on the asphalt overlay can be reduced, reflection cracks are prevented or delayed, and the asphalt overlay has the advantages of being easy and convenient to construct, high in cost performance and the like and is wide in application range.
