Traditional in-pit supporting operation is improved into ground hanging bracket operation, the construction space is large, and the assembling speed is high.
本发明属于建筑工程技术领域,具体的说是一种凹坑内振动台吊模结构及施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在平整密实的地面上沿凹坑长度方向布设方木支承垫,支承垫外边线距坑边距离1m,方木支承垫长度×宽度×高度尺寸为1500×600×200mm;S2、安装第一组贝雷梁及其他各组贝雷梁片,相邻两组贝雷梁片用系杆连接后固定成整体,贝雷梁下部支承在方木垫上;通过贝雷梁和方木支承垫之间的拼接可以完成对吊架系统的组合,同时贝雷梁系杆组合槽钢托梁的剪刀撑形状支撑增加的整个吊架系统的稳定性,减少出现滑动掉落进行情况,同时采用装配式贝雷梁拼装的吊架系统,施工作业方便,将传统的坑内支撑作业改进为地面吊架作业,施工空间大,拼装速度快。
