The invention provides environment-friendly LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) slurry and a substrate preparation method. The environment-friendly LTCC slurry is prepared from the following raw materials: Al2O3-borosilicate glass system ceramic powder, an alcohol-ester type solvent, a polymer type dispersing agent, a synthetic plant ester type plasticizer and an adhesive, the raw materials are sanded and dispersed to obtain the ceramic slurry. The invention also provides a substrate preparation method based on the environment-friendly LTCC ceramic slurry. According to the environment-friendly LTCC ceramic slurry and the substrate preparation method provided by the invention, the environment-friendly tape casting slurry with high dispersity and high stability can be prepared, and a high-strength LTCC substrate with low dielectric constant, low loss and compact crystal is prepared by optimizing tape casting, laminating and sintering processes.
