The invention also provides a substrate preparation method based on the environment-friendly LTCC ceramic slurry. According to the environment-friendly LTCC ceramic slurry and the substrate preparation method provided by the invention, the environment-friendly tape casting slurry with high dispersity and high stability can be prepared, and a high-strength LTCC substrate with low dielectric constant, low loss and compact crystal is prepared by optimizing tape casting, laminating and sintering processes.
