本发明公开了一种环保型中高介电常数LTCC陶瓷材料及其制备方法,基于Li1.0Nb0.6Ti0.5O3和Li2CO3‑B2O3‑Bi2O3‑SiO2玻璃进行固相反应法复合获得LTCC陶瓷材料,同时解决低温烧结和调节谐振频率温度系数的问题,同时保持较高的材料介电常数。在添加Li2CO3‑B2O3‑Bi2O3‑SiO2玻璃作为助熔剂的情况下,实现材料体系在850℃~925℃范围内的低温烧结,同时材料的谐振频率温度系数也能调整到±5ppm/℃以内,材料的介电常数也在53~62之间,Q×f值超过了6000GHz。本发明LTCC陶瓷材料拥有较低的烧结温度以及更好的致密性的同时还可实现与Ag的低温共烧。
