The three-dimensional shock insulation support comprises a longitudinal friction pendulum assembly arranged in the longitudinal direction and a transverse friction pendulum assembly which is arranged in the transverse direction and distributed in a cross shape with the longitudinal friction pendulum assembly, and is characterized in that the transverse friction pendulum assembly is supported above the longitudinal friction pendulum assembly through a vertical shock isolator; the longitudinal friction pendulum assembly, the vertical vibration isolator and the transverse friction pendulum assembly are vertically connected through the double-layer anti-drawing assembly, and the double-layer anti-drawing assembly limits transverse friction of the longitudinal friction pendulum assembly and limits longitudinal friction of the transverse friction pendulum assembly. The vertical vibration isolator is arranged between the longitudinal friction pendulum assembly and the transverse friction pendulum assembly, the vertical vibration isolation effect is achieved, the reliability of horizontal vibration isolation is guaranteed, the internal stress of the vertical vibration isolator is effectively reduced, the fatigue life of the vertical vibration isolator is prolonged, the vertical vibration isolation capacity is improved, and reliable and effective drawing resistance is achieved.
