Preparation method of permanent magnetic ferrite sintered in wide temperature range
The invention relates to the field of preparation of permanent magnetic ferrites, and discloses a preparation method of a permanent magnetic ferrite sintered in a wide temperature range in order to solve the problem of poor performance consistency of the obtained permanent magnetic ferrite due to temperature fluctuation in a sintering process in the prior art. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: A, carrying out wet ball milling on iron oxide red with high specific surface area and strontium carbonate to obtain primary ball-milled slurry; b, drying and pre-sintering the primary ball-milled slurry to obtain a pre-sintered material; c, crushing the pre-sintered material, and performing secondary ball-milling and wet-milling to obtain secondary ball-milled slurry; and D, performing wet-pressure magnetic field forming on the secondary ball-milled slurry, and then sintering. The ferrite prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is good in magnetic performance, and the influence of the sintering temperature on the magnetic performance of the permanent magnetic ferrite in the preparation process is reduced, so that the performance consistency of the ferrite is kept in a relatively wide temperature interval.
本发明涉及永磁铁氧体制备领域,为解决现有现有技术下烧结过程中温度波动使得到的永磁铁氧体性能一致性较差的问题,公开了一种宽温区烧结的永磁铁氧体制备方法,包所述制造方法包括如下步骤:A、将高比表面积的铁红与碳酸锶用湿法球磨,得到一次球磨料浆;B、对一次球磨料浆烘干预烧,得到预烧料;C、将预烧料粉碎后,进行二次球磨湿磨,得到二次球磨料浆;D、对二次球磨料浆湿压磁场成型,然后烧结。本发明的制备方法制备得到的铁氧体磁性能好,并且降低了制备过程中烧结温度对永磁铁氧体磁性能的影响,使得铁氧体在较宽的温度区间内保持性能一致性。
