本发明提供了一种大分子量降粘型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,本发明使用价格更低的乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷作为功能单体,使用反应活性更高的乙二醇单乙烯基聚环氧乙烯醚或4‑羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚为长侧链单体,同时加入部分低活性的甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚或异戊烯聚环氧乙烯醚调节反应速率,将聚羧酸减水剂重均分子量控制在60000~120000,合成了高性价比的带有降粘功能的聚羧酸减水剂。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的聚羧酸减水剂具有较高的减水性能,同时兼具降粘功能,能够有效降低混凝土体系的粘度,增加泵送性,降低施工难度。使用原材料简单易得,价格便宜,合成工艺简单,合成产物性价比高,具有较好的市场应用空间。
