The invention discloses a viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared through a solution polymerization reaction. The viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic water reducer is prepared from the following raw materials: isobutenyl polyglycol ether, unsaturated carboxylic acid and derivatives thereof, an initiator, a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent and an alkaline solution. According to the invention, the molecular weight of a macromonomer is controlled, a polycarboxylic acid water reducer with a special functional structure unit is designed, and the adsorption capacity and surface tension are regulated and controlled by controlling the length of a side chain and ester groups of the functional structure unit, so that a remarkable viscosity reduction effect can be achieved under the condition of keeping the fluidity of cement paste and the workability of concrete; the high water-reducing rate is realized. And the cost of the synthetic process of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is low, and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has great potential in the aspect of concrete application and has important significance on development of concrete admixtures.
本发明公开了一种降粘型聚羧酸系减水剂及其制备方法,通过溶液聚合反应制得该降粘型聚羧酸系减水剂。该降粘型聚羧酸系减水剂由如下原料制备:异丁烯基聚乙二醇醚、不饱和羧酸及其衍生物、引发剂、还原剂、链转移剂和碱性溶液。本发明通过控制大单体的分子量,设计了特殊功能结构单元的聚羧酸系减水剂,控制的侧链长度和功能结构单元酯基实现对吸附能力和表面张力的调控,能够在保持水泥净浆流动度和混凝土和易性的条件下,达到显著的降粘效果,实现高减水率。而且聚羧酸减水剂的合成过程成本小,在混凝土应用方面具有较大潜力,对于混凝土外加剂的发展具有重要意义。
