The viscosity-reducing type polyacid water reducer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000 parts of poly-casein, 150 to 750 parts of acrylic acid, 0 to 150 parts of methacrylic acid, 100 to 500 parts of ethylene glycol benzene, 3 to 10 parts of 98 wt% concentrated sulfuric acid, 0 to 5 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 5 to 10 parts of phenol, 10 to 20 parts of 27.5 wt% hydrogen peroxide, 1.2 to 2.4 parts of reducing agent, 0.003 to 0.03 part of ferrous sulfate, 12 to 20 parts of sodium hypophosphite, 20 to 50 parts of 32 wt% strong alkali solution and 1300 to 3000 parts of water. The polyacid water reducing agent provided by the invention contains a group, a phenyl group and a long side chain, has good dispersion effect and viscosity reduction performance while ensuring the water reducing effect, and can effectively improve the construction viscosity of concrete after being added into high-strength and ultrahigh-strength concrete.
本发明提供一种降粘型聚狻酸系减水剂及其制备方法和应用。所述降粘型聚狻酸系减水剂的原料包括按重量份计算的如下组分:聚酪1000份、丙烯酸150~750份、甲基丙烯酸0~150份、乙二醇苯晓100~500份、98wt%浓硫酸3~10份、对甲苯磺酸0~5份、酚嗟唉5~10份、27.5wt%双氧水10~20份、还原剂1.2~2.4份、硫酸亚铁0.003~0.03份、次亚磷酸钠12~20份、32wt%强碱溶液20~50份和水1300~3000份。本发明提供的聚狻酸系减水剂含有狻基、苯基和长侧链,在保证减水效果的同时,具有良好的分散作用和降粘性能,所述减水剂添加至高强、超高强混凝土中,能够有效改善混凝土的施工粘度。
