The invention discloses a high-dispersity viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer is prepared through a solution polymerization reaction. According to the invention, a solution polymerization method is adopted, and the water-soluble polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: isobutenyl polyglycol ether, unsaturated carboxylic acid and derivatives thereof, an initiator, a chain transfer agent and an alkaline solution. According to the invention, the polycarboxylate water reducer with different structural units is designed by introducing an ester group, and the dispersing performance and rheological property of the polycarboxylate water reducer are improved by regulating and controlling the ester group. Under the condition of a low mixing amount of a water reducing agent, a workability state of concrete is achieved, a high water reducing rate is realized, and the dispersing performance and the viscosity reduction performance are improved. The invention has great potential in the aspect of concrete application, and has important significance for the development of concrete admixtures.
本发明公开了一种高分散性降粘型聚羧酸系减水剂及其制备方法,通过溶液聚合反应制得该降粘型聚羧酸系减水剂。本发明采用溶液聚合方法,按照重量份计,由如下原料制备:异丁烯基聚乙二醇醚、不饱和羧酸及其衍生物、引发剂、链转移剂和碱性溶液。本发明引入酯基设计了不同结构单元的聚羧酸系减水剂,通过对酯基的调控提高聚羧酸减水剂的分散性能和流变性能。在低掺量减水剂的条件下达到混凝土的和易状态,实现高减水率且提高分散性能和降粘性能。本发明在混凝土应用方面具有较大潜力,对于混凝土外加剂的发展具有重要意义。
