The invention discloses a chemical grouting material for urban subway construction and a method thereof. The chemical grouting material is prepared by matching a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following raw material components: superfine cement, quartz sand, an early strength agent, a water reducing agent, a retarder and a defoaming agent; the component B is prepared from the following raw material components: polyurethane, modified epoxy resin, a curing agent and a diluent. The components of the chemical grouting material for subway construction are improved, water-soluble polyurethane and modified epoxy resin are added, and superfine cement is selected, so that on one hand, the hydrophilic performance of the annular grouting material is improved, and on the other hand, the annular grouting material adapts to mixing of different water qualities; the chemical grouting material can be quickly coagulated in a humid and dark environment, meanwhile, the structural strength is high, the subway construction efficiency is improved, and the structural strength of subway construction is guaranteed.
