The invention relates to a connecting assembly and a building structure, the connecting assembly comprises a first sleeve, a second sleeve, a middle sleeve, a connecting sleeve and an inserting rod, the connecting sleeve comprises a first connecting part and an elastic part which are connected with each other, the elastic part comprises a plurality of elastic pieces, and a gap is formed between every two adjacent elastic pieces; the thickness of each elastic sheet is gradually increased in the direction from the end part to the first connecting part; the two ends of the inserting rod are fixedly connected to the first sleeve and the first connecting part correspondingly. The elastic part is located on the side, relatively close to the first sleeve, of the first connecting part. The middle sleeve extends into and is fixed in the second sleeve; the connecting sleeve can be inserted into the middle sleeve along with the inserting rod, and the elastic part can elastically contract into the middle sleeve and can elastically expand to abut against the end, relatively away from the first sleeve, of the middle sleeve. According to the connecting assembly, the force bearing capacity of the elastic pieces is high, the elastic pieces are not prone to fracture failure when subjected to pressure or drawing force, the connecting reliability of the connecting assembly is effectively improved, and the connecting strength between the precast piles is guaranteed.
