Small-pipe-diameter complex drainage blind pipe dredging soft robot and driving method thereof
The invention discloses a soft robot for dredging a small-pipe-diameter complex drainage blind pipe and a driving method of the soft robot. The soft robot comprises a cutting mechanism, a cut material discharging mechanism, an advancing mechanism, an electric wire pipeline and an air supply pipeline. The cutting mechanism is provided with a drill bit used for smashing blockages in a pipeline and a driving motor used for driving the drill bit to rotate, the cut material discharging mechanism comprises a collecting cup, a conveying pipeline and an annular brush, and the advancing mechanism comprises a fixed part, a telescopic part and a movable part. The advancing mechanism is partially or completely a flexible body, traction force and propulsive force of the advancing mechanism are both actively applied force, the traction force and the propulsive force can be both large under a proper air pressure signal, advancing in a pipeline and passing of a non-cutting part through a bent pipe are achieved, and the purpose that the pipeline advances and the non-cutting part passes through the bent pipe is achieved. The dredging soft robot can advance in a high-speed rail tunnel drainage pipe, especially in a longitudinal drainage blind pipe with the minimum pipe diameter, and can complete the cutting task of hard blockages and discharge the hard blockages out of a curve pipeline.
