The invention discloses a ship lock chamber escape and rescue system which comprises vertical spaces arranged in concrete lock walls on the two sides of a ship lock chamber, escape floating bodies are arranged in the vertical spaces respectively, and the escape floating bodies are connected with the concrete lock walls through a plurality of locking devices capable of being unlocked. The escape floating body is located at the position, close to a lock chamber bottom plate, underwater in a locked state, and a plurality of rolling supporting devices are further arranged between the periphery of the escape floating body and the concrete lock wall. A plurality of lock wall steps are further arranged on the face, close to the escape floating body, of the concrete lock wall, and the lock wall steps start to be arranged to the gate top elevation from the lowest navigable water level of the downstream in the height direction.
