The invention discloses a low-carbon high-durability concrete carbon-reducing auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof. The modified asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of modified asphalt, 20-50 parts of modified metakaolin, 10-30 parts of reinforced fibers, 10-30 parts of mineral filler, 8-15 parts of a water reducing agent and 5-10 parts of an exciting agent. Through combined use of the modified asphalt and the modified metakaolin in the auxiliary agent, the mechanical property of the concrete prepared from the machine-made sand and the recycled aggregate can be remarkably enhanced, and synergistic interaction is achieved; the slump of the concrete slurry is improved through combined use with the potassium boron stone powder; and by combining with the mica mineral powder, the static compressive elastic modulus of the concrete is improved.
