The invention discloses a construction method for dismounting and replacing a structural column. The construction method comprises the following steps: mounting a strain gauge on a structural beam connected with the top of an original structural column; newly-added structural columns replacing the original structural columns are poured in advance; back-jacking devices are symmetrically mounted on the two side walls of the structural beam connected with the top of the original structural column; a reinforcing beam is additionally arranged at the bottom of the structural beam connected with the top of the original structural column; after an original structural column is dismantled in a mode of combining a manual air pick and static cutting, the back-jacking device is dismantled; performing real-time deformation monitoring on the structural beam through a strain gauge; according to the scheme, the newly-added structural columns are poured in advance to participate in jacking of the adjacent structures, the back-jacking devices and the reinforcing beams are additionally arranged to enhance the anti-bending capacity of the peripheral structural beams of the top nodes of the original structural columns, and the situation that due to the fact that the lower bending degree of the peripheral structural beams and plates is too large, partial areas enter a plastic working state, and irreversible structural damage is caused is prevented.
本发明公开了一种结构柱拆换施工方法,其包括:在与原有结构柱顶部相连接的结构梁上安装应变计;预先浇筑替换原有结构柱的新增结构柱;在与原有结构柱顶部相连接的结构梁的两侧壁上对称安装回顶装置;在与原有结构柱顶部相连接的结构梁的底部增设加固梁;采用人工风镐与静力切割相结合的方式对原有结构柱进行拆除后,再拆除回顶装置;通过应变计对结构梁进行实时的形变监测;本方案通过预先浇筑新增结构柱参与邻近结构的顶撑,并通过增设回顶装置和加固梁增强原结构柱顶部节点周边结构梁的抗挠曲能力,防止周边结构梁、板由于下挠曲度过大导致部分区域进入塑性工作状态,造成不可逆的结构损伤。
