The method comprises the steps that the base is fixed, the supporting pile is placed in the limiting sleeve, the lower-end clamp clamps the supporting pile, the upper-end clamp loosens, the lower-end clamp ascends, the upper-end clamp clamps the supporting pile, the lower-end clamp loosens and descends, the lower-end clamp clamps the supporting pile again, the upper-end clamp loosens, and jacking is conducted in a reciprocating mode according to the cycle. The supporting piles jack up from bottom to top and break floor slabs layer by layer, the building stability is improved, the structure is simple, the cost is lower, and a large crane does not need to be used.
