An adjustable bottom support is arranged on the top of the concrete sleeper block, and the full framing is arranged on the top of the adjustable bottom support. The working procedures of concrete pouring, curing, dismantling and the like are reduced, the construction period is shortened, concrete waste is reduced, through the working procedures of foundation plate prefabricating, on-site splicing and connecting, dismantling after construction is completed and the like, recycling of the concrete hardening foundation is achieved, using of square timber is omitted, the construction cost is saved, and safety and reliability are achieved.
本发明是一种可循环使用的满堂支架基础及其施工方法,包括若干混凝土板,混凝土板顶部纵向连接有若干混凝土枕块,混凝土板前后两端均连接有吊耳,混凝土板左右两端均连接有若干连接钢板,相邻混凝土板通过连接螺栓连接,混凝土枕块顶部设有可调底托,满堂支架置于可调底托顶部。本发明减少了混凝土的浇筑、养护及拆除等工序,缩短施工工期,减少了混凝土的浪费,通过预制基础板、现场拼装连接、施工完成后拆除等工序,实现混凝土硬化基础的循环使用,省去了方木的使用,节省施工成本,安全可靠。
