The reinforcing mesh binding device comprises a binding mechanism and a binding clamp made of a shape memory polymer, the binding clamp comprises a clamp body and four cantilever beams at the bottom of the clamp body, the four cantilever beams and the clamp body are of a cylindrical structure after being enclosed, a cavity is formed among the four cantilever beams, and the four cantilever beams are arranged in the cavity. The binding mechanism comprises a top seat, a base, a guide rod, a spring, a clamping arm and a connecting rod, one end of the guide rod is sleeved with the top seat, the other end of the guide rod is connected with the base, the guide rod is sleeved with the spring, a plurality of mounting blocks are evenly arranged on the outer side wall of the top seat, and a plurality of mounting plates are evenly arranged on the outer side wall of the base; one end of the clamping arm is hinged to the mounting block, the other end of the clamping arm is used for clamping the clamp body and extruding the deformed cantilever beam, and the two ends of the connecting rod are hinged to the mounting plate and the clamping arm respectively; when the binding clamp is used, the binding process is completed under the combined action of mechanical force and self-restoring force of the binding clamp. The method is simple to operate and wide in application range.
