The invention belongs to the technical field of runway materials, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly light elastic layer polyurethane material and a preparation method thereof.The environment-friendly light elastic layer polyurethane material is composed of a component A and a component B and is prepared from, by weight, 50-70 parts of polyether polyol, 15-25 parts of isocyanate and 10-20 parts of environment-friendly diluent; wherein the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 15 parts of polyether polyol, 20 to 30 parts of environment-friendly diluent, 45 to 60 parts of filler, 1 to 2 parts of dimethyl thio toluenediamine, 0.1 to 0.5 part of BYK-110 dispersing agent, 0.3 to 0.5 part of polyurethane foam stabilizer, 0.05 to 0.1 part of reaction inhibitor, 0.5 to 1 part of light stabilizer, 0.5 to 1 part of ultraviolet light absorber and 0.5 to 1 part of antioxidant. And by adopting a microcellular foaming technology, under the same condition, the material consumption is greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the physical properties of the material also meet the requirements of new national standards. In the aspect of environmental protection, toxic substances such as MOCA, a plasticizer, a heavy metal catalyst and TDI are not used.
本发明属于跑道材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型轻质弹性层聚氨酯材料及其制备方法,由A组分和B组分组成,其50~70重量份的聚醚多元醇、15~25重量份的异氰酸酯、10~20重量份的环保稀释剂;其中B组分包括以下原料:8~15重量份的聚醚多元醇、20~30重量份的环保稀释剂、45~60的填料、1~2重量份的二甲硫基甲苯二胺、0.1~0.5重量份的BYK‑110分散剂、0.3~0.5重量份的聚氨酯匀泡剂、0.05~0.1重量份的反应抑制剂、0.5~1重量份的光稳定剂、0.5~1重量份紫外线吸收剂、0.5~1重量份抗氧化剂。采用微孔发泡技术,同等条件下,材料使用量大大减少,降低了生产的成本,其物理性能还满足新国标的要求。在环保方面,本发明没有使用MOCA、增塑剂、重金属催化剂和TDI等毒性物质。
