The invention relates to an anti-mud type water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the anti-mud type water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of unsaturated polyether macromonomer; 10 to 20 parts of unsaturated acid; 20 to 40 parts of unsaturated ester; 5-10 parts of aromatic ring amino acid ester; 1-2 parts of a reducing agent; 1-2 parts of an oxidant; 1-3 parts of a chain transfer agent; 5-10 parts of a neutralizer; and 100 to 200 parts of water. The aromatic ring amino acid ester is introduced through a polymerization reaction, the aromatic ring amino acid ester has a benzene ring, an amino group and a phosphate group structure, the aromatic ring amino acid ester is combined with an unsaturated slump-retaining esterified monomer to obtain the mud-resistant water reducing agent, and the mud-resistant water reducing agent is beneficial to weakening adsorption of kaolin and montmorillonoid; the use performance of the anti-mud type water reducing agent under the condition of relatively high mud content is improved.
本发明涉及一种抗泥型减水剂及其制备方法,以重量份数计,抗泥型减水剂的制备原料包括不饱和聚醚大单体200‑300份;不饱和酸10‑20份;不饱和酯类20‑40份;芳环氨基酸酯化物5‑10份;还原剂1‑2份;氧化剂1‑2份;链转移剂1‑3份;中和剂5‑10份;以及水100‑200份。本发明通过聚合反应引入芳环氨基酸酯化物,芳环氨基酸酯化物上有苯环、氨基以及磷酸基团结构,环氨基酸酯化物与不饱和保坍酯化单体相结合得到抗泥型减水剂,抗泥型减水剂有利于削弱高岭土、蒙脱土的吸附,提升抗泥型减水剂在泥含量较高情况下的使用性能。
