The invention provides a ship lockage scheduling method and system, and mainly relates to the technical field of ship management. The method comprises the following steps: respectively deploying observation devices in an upstream entrance area and a downstream entrance area; the scheduling server initializes the observation device and schedules a working mode of the initialized observation device to obtain target ship information; and according to the target ship information, sending a drainage instruction to a ship lock and sending an opening instruction to a miter gate, and carrying out ship lockage. The observation devices are arranged in the upstream entrance area and the downstream entrance area so that lockage ships can be monitored in a large range, the working modes of the observation devices are dispatched through the dispatch server, accurate target ship information is obtained, then a water drainage instruction is sent to a ship lock, and an opening instruction is sent to a miter gate, so that the purpose of monitoring the ship is achieved. Automatic lockage of the ship is achieved, the automation degree is high, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种船舶过闸调度方法及系统,主要涉及船舶管理技术领域;方法包括:在上游口门区和下游口门区分别部署观测装置;调度服务器对所述观测装置进行初始化,并对经初始化的观测装置进行工作模式的调度,来获得目标船舶信息;根据目标船舶信息向船闸发送泄水指令并向人字门发送开启指令,进行船舶过闸。本发明在上游口门区和下游口门区均部署观测装置能够比较大范围内监控过闸船舶,并通过调度服务器对观测装置的工作模式进行调度,来获得较为准确的目标船舶信息,进而向船闸发送泄水指令以及向人字门发送开启指令,实现船舶自动过闸,自动化程度高,使工作效率提高。
