The invention discloses a rock foundation local shallow layer advanced precipitation construction method which comprises the following steps: determining a fissure water area, manufacturing PPR vacuum branch pipes, arranging PPR vacuum pipes, backfilling yellow sand and paving geotechnical cloth, connecting a water pump for pumping water, pouring cushion layer concrete, making a waterproof layer, constructing a protective layer and a bottom plate, disassembling the vacuum branch pipes and blocking the vacuum branch pipes, the method for determining the fissure water area comprises the following steps that before the cushion layer is constructed, the condition of the fissure water of the rock foundation is observed, the area where the fissure water exists and the white lime spilling area range are determined, and the method for manufacturing the PPR vacuum branch pipe comprises the following steps that due to the fact that the fissure water amount is usually small, a small-diameter PPR pipe with the diameter being 20 mm is selected, and small holes with the diameter being 1 mm are longitudinally formed in the periphery of the PPR pipe every 10 cm. According to the method, the vacuum downcast pipes are pre-buried before the cushion layer is poured, all the downcast pipes are located below the cushion layer, cross influence on the cushion layer and the waterproof layer is avoided, and continuity and integrity of the cushion layer and the waterproof layer are ensured.
本发明公开了一种岩石地基局部浅层超前降水施工方法,包括以下步骤:确定裂隙水区域、制作PPR真空支管、布置PPR真空管、回填黄砂铺土工布、接水泵抽水、浇筑垫层混凝土、做防水、施工保护层及底板以及拆卸真空支管并封堵,其中,确定裂隙水区域的方法如下:垫层施工前,观察岩石地基裂隙水情况,确定裂隙水存在的区域,白石灰洒出区域范围,制作PPR真空支管方法如下:由于裂隙水量通常较小,所以选用直径20mm的小直径PPR管,在PPR管的四周纵向每隔10cm开1mm的小孔。本发明中通过在浇筑垫层前预埋真空降水管,所有的降水管均在垫层以下,对垫层和防水层没有交叉影响,确保了垫层和防水层的连续性和整体性。
