Slump-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cement water reducing agents, in particular to a slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer is mainly prepared from polyether macromonomer containing double bonds, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, siloxane containing terminal double bonds, and acid and/or ester containing double bonds and fluorine elements. According to the present invention, the contained carboxyl group is subjected to initial protection, and is hydrolyzed in the alkaline environment to release the carboxyl group, such that the adsorption of the water reducing agent molecules on the cement particle surface is maintained, the particle aggregation is avoided, the slump loss in the hydration process is reduced, and the ester group is introduced so as to maintain the water reducing performance and provide the good dispersion retention property; according to the present invention, the application performance of the concrete is improved, the concrete pumping time is prolonged, and the fluorine element and the siloxane with the specific content are introduced, such that the good chemical corrosion resistance and the good weather resistance are provided.
