And a flow meter extending out of the drainage pipe is fixedly mounted in the drainage pipe. According to the foundation pit water-saving dewatering device and the construction method thereof, a dewatering well is monitored in real time through a water pressure gauge, and meanwhile sedimentation of surrounding roads, buildings and structures and the water level of the well are observed through a first laser range finder and a second laser range finder; and the environment monitoring device obtains weather conditions for several days continuously, construction safety is guaranteed, and the advantage of being good in water pumping effect is achieved.
