The invention provides an underwater tower crane foundation. The invention discloses a combined pile foundation and a steel structure foundation platform. The combined pile foundation comprises a plurality of cast-in-place concrete pile foundations and a plurality of steel pipe pile foundations. The cast-in-place concrete pile foundation is formed by combining a reinforcement cage and concrete; the steel pipe pile foundation is formed by combining steel pipe piles and concrete; the steel pipe pile foundation is arranged on the upper portion of the cast-in-place concrete pile foundation, the steel structure foundation platform is arranged on the upper portion of the cast-in-place concrete pile foundation, and the cast-in-place concrete pile foundation is partially sleeved with the steel pipe pile foundation. According to the underwater tower crane foundation, the problems that in the prior art, a tower crane foundation is not enough in supporting performance, and the tower crane foundation is prone to moving and even inclining under the large load bearing condition are solved.
