The invention provides an aluminum oxide ceramic substrate and a preparation method thereof, the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate is prepared from the following raw materials: aluminum oxide, magnesium aluminate spinel, an adhesive, a dispersing agent and a hardening agent, and the mass ratio of the components is (50-70): (0.05-0.5): (2-10): (0.1-1): (1-3). The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing aluminum oxide, magnesium aluminate spinel, an adhesive, a dispersing agent and a hardening agent according to a stoichiometric ratio; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding aluminum oxide and magnesium aluminate spinel into deionized water, adding an adhesive and a dispersing agent, and mixing through a ball mill to obtain slurry; defoaming the slurry, adding a hardening agent into the defoamed slurry, uniformly mixing, casting in a mold, curing at room temperature for a certain time, drying the cured raw tape in a humidity environment for a certain time, and then drying at room temperature for a certain time; and respectively pre-sintering and sintering the dried green tape to obtain the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate.
本发明提供一种氧化铝陶瓷基板及其制备方法,所述氧化铝陶瓷基板制备原料包括以下组分:氧化铝、镁铝尖晶石、胶粘剂、分散剂及硬化剂,各组分质量比依次为:(50‑70):(0.05‑0.5):(2‑10):(0.1‑1):(1‑3)。所述制备方法包括:按照化学计量比分别称取氧化铝、镁铝尖晶石、胶粘剂、分散剂、硬化剂;将氧化铝、镁铝尖晶石加至去离子水中,再加入胶粘剂和分散剂通过球磨机混合,得到浆料;将浆料进行除泡,再将硬化剂加入到除泡后的浆料中并混合均匀并浇铸在模具内,室温固化一定时间,将固化完成后的生带在湿度环境中下干燥一定时间,再在室温条件下干燥一定时间;将干燥后的生带分别进行预烧和烧结后,得到所述氧化铝陶瓷基板。
