The invention provides a construction method of a temporary construction channel based on a shore-based high-pile wharf, which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a proper construction starting point according to site conditions and storage positions of prefabricated parts; s2, transposition units are reasonably arranged on the installation area and position of the temporary construction channel in the related area of the construction starting point; s3, the installation conditions of the pile caps, the pile columns, the prestress assembly cross beams and the prestress assembly longitudinal beams in the installation area are observed; s4, the lifting ropes are hung on the lifting lugs, and then the bearing frame is hoisted to the designed position and falls in place; s5, adjusting a rotating disc and a lifting jack at the lower part of the bearing frame to ensure that the upper part of the bearing frame is in a horizontal state; s6, every two adjacent bearing frames are limited through an alignment pipe, and a joint between the two bearing frames is finely adjusted; and S7, mounting a steel plate at the top of the bearing frame and simultaneously fully fixing. The method is ingenious in design, the overall installation efficiency can be greatly improved, the construction safety is guaranteed, and the economical efficiency is better.
本发明提供一种基于岸基高桩码头的临时施工通道的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、根据现场的条件和预制件的存放位置,选择合适的施工起始点;S2、在施工起点的相关区域对临时施工通道的安装面积和位置进行合理布置转位单元;S3、观察安装区域内的桩帽、桩柱、预应力装配横梁和预应力装配纵梁的安装情况;S4、通过吊绳挂载吊耳上然后将承重框架吊装至设计位置并落位;S5、调整承重框架下部的旋转盘和升降千斤顶,保证承重框架上部处于水平状态;S6、相邻的两个承重框架之间通过对准管限位,并微调两个承重框架之间的接缝;S7、在承重框架的顶部安装钢板同时充分固定。本发明设计巧妙,能大幅度提高整体的安装效率,保证施工的安全,经济性更好。
