The invention provides an environment-friendly baking-free process for a waste ceramic mixed material, which comprises the following steps: crushing waste ceramic, adding acetic acid for pickling, drying, and sieving by a 200-300-mesh sieve to obtain solid powder; mixing and stirring the obtained solid powder with Portland cement, an acrylic emulsion and a filler for 15-25 minutes, then adding an expanding agent, an anti-cracking agent and a reinforcing agent, and fully stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixture; then the obtained mixture is added into a forming machine to be subjected to compression molding, and a molded green body is obtained; and finally, the obtained molded green body is subjected to standing for 1-2 days at the normal temperature of 15-25 DEG C for maintenance, and a finished product is obtained. According to the environment-friendly baking-free process, high-temperature baking is not needed, energy consumption is reduced, the obtained finished product is high in compressive strength and not prone to cracking, and the requirement for recycling of waste ceramic can be met.
本发明提供了一种用于废旧陶瓷混合材料的环保免烧工艺,先将废旧陶瓷进行破碎,加入醋酸进行酸洗,并在烘干后经过200‑300目筛得到固体粉末;再将得到的固体粉末与硅酸盐水泥、丙烯酸乳液和填料混合搅拌15‑25分钟,然后加入膨胀剂、抗裂剂和增强剂,充分搅拌30‑40分钟,以得到混合料;然后将得到的混合料加入成型机中进行压制成型,以得到成型生坯;最后将得到的成型生坯在15‑25℃的常温下静置1‑2天进行养护,以得到成品。本发明的环保免烧工艺无需经过高温烧制,节省了能源消耗,得到的成品抗压强度高、不易开裂,可以满足对废旧陶瓷的再利用的要求。
