Preparation method of gypsum-based mortar material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a gypsum-based mortar material, which is characterized in that the gypsum-based mortar material comprises the following components in percentage by mass based on the total weight of the gypsum-based mortar material: 35 to 70 percent of gypsum cementing material, 25 to 65 percent of gypsum sand, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of cellulose ether, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of starch ether and 0.5 to 1 percent of anhydrous sodium sulphate. Compared with an existing scheme, the gypsum-based mortar composition has the advantages that the gypsum-based gel material with a specific formula is researched and developed, and the gypsum sand with a specific formula is used as the aggregate, so that the finally obtained gypsum-based mortar composition is not prone to cracking due to the existence of a water medium in the using process; the aluminous and siliceous compounds in the raw materials are subjected to a ceramization reaction in an alkaline environment to form an ettringite structure (AFT) and/or hydrated calcium aluminate (C-S-H), so that the compactness and water resistance of the cured mortar are improved, and the mortar has the water resistance in a real sense. Meanwhile, the product obtained by the secondary curing reaction in the reaction process further improves the bonding strength of the mortar, so that the technical problem that the water resistance and the bonding strength cannot be considered at the same time in the existing gypsum mortar material is solved at the same time.
本发明涉及一种石膏基砂浆材料的制备方法,其特征在于,以所述石膏基砂浆材料的总重量为百分比基准,各组成的质量百分比含量为:石膏胶凝材料35%~70%、石膏砂25%~65%、纤维素醚0.1%~0.3%、淀粉醚0.02%‑0.05%、元明粉0.5%~1%。本发明的技术方案相比较现有方案,通过研发特定配方的石膏基凝胶材料,配合特定配方的石膏砂作为骨料,使最终得到的石膏基砂浆组合物在使用过程中由于水介质的存在,原料中的铝质、硅质化合物在碱性环境下发生陶瓷化反应形成钙矾石结构(AFT)和/或水化铝酸钙(C‑S‑H),提高了砂浆固化浆体的密实性,耐水性,真正意义上具有了耐水特性。同时又由于反应过程的二次固化反应得到的产物进一步提升了砂浆粘接强度,从而实现了同时解决现有石膏砂浆材料无法同时兼顾耐水性和粘接强度的技术难题。
