The invention discloses a molten copper erosion resistant castable, and relates to the technical field of castable, the molten copper erosion resistant castable comprises the following components by weight: 30-35 parts of aggregate particles; 10 parts of corundum fine powder; 3 to 6 parts of aerogel powder; 1-2 parts of a micro powder mixture; 3-5 parts of a binding material; wherein the aggregate particles are obtained by mixing mullite particles and improved spinel particles according to the weight ratio of 3: 1; the binding material is prepared by mixing aluminate cement, sodium silicate, soft clay and graphite powder according to the weight ratio of (4-5): 2: 1: 1. The aerogel is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3 to 5 parts of titanium acetate, 9 to 15 parts of cupric acetate and 25 to 35 parts of tetraethoxysilane. The strength and the high temperature resistance of the castable are improved through improved spinel particles in the aggregate particles; through the aerogel particles, the heat conductivity coefficient of the castable is reduced, and the friction force and the bonding force with other components of the castable are increased.
