The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature ablation-resistant chopped carbon fiber reinforced SiBCN-MAS composite material, and relates to a preparation method of a SiBCN ceramic matrix composite material. The invention aims to solve the problems of poor contact surface binding force and limited improvement degree of high-temperature ablation resistance of the existing carbon fiber or cracked carbon coating carbon fiber reinforced SiBCN ceramic matrix composite. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing cracked carbon coating chopped carbon fibers; 2, preparing SiBCN amorphous ceramic powder; 3, mixing the raw materials; and 4, sintering. The preparation method is used for preparing the high-temperature ablation-resistant short carbon fiber reinforced SiBCN-MAS composite material.
