The invention discloses an ultra-light wave-transparent heat-insulation aerogel material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composites.The preparation method comprises the steps that aluminum oxide nanometer powder is dispersed in water, an adsorbent solution, ceramic fibers and wave-transparent-light-shading dual-function additive nanometer particles are added, the materials are mixed to be uniform and then react in a hydrothermal kettle, and wet gel is obtained; placing the wet gel in a mold for aging molding, carrying out solvent replacement on the molded gel block by using an organic solvent, and then carrying out carbon dioxide supercritical drying to obtain aerogel; and carrying out heat treatment on the aerogel to obtain the ultra-light wave-transparent heat-insulating aerogel material. According to the invention, the material with good uniformity, light weight, efficient heat insulation and excellent dielectric property can be obtained.
本发明公开了一种超轻质透波隔热气凝胶材料及其制备方法,属于复合材料技术领域,本发明将氧化铝纳米粉分散于水中,加入吸附剂溶液、陶瓷纤维、透波‑遮光双功能助剂纳米颗粒,混合均匀后于水热釜中进行反应得到湿凝胶;湿凝胶置于模具内进行老化成型,成型后的凝胶块使用有机溶剂进行溶剂置换,再进行二氧化碳超临界干燥得到气凝胶;对气凝胶进行热处理,得到超轻质透波隔热气凝胶材料。本发明能够得到得到兼具良好均一性、轻质、高效隔热、优良介电性能的材料。
