The reusable wave-transparent heat-insulation aerogel material is resistant to high temperature, the prepared composite material still has a good hydrophobic effect after being subjected to heat treatment in a muffle furnace at the temperature of 550 DEG C for 2 h, the mass loss rate is smaller than 1.3%, the mass moisture absorption rate is only 0.69%, and the hydrophobic angle is larger than 140 degrees.
本发明公开了一种可重复使用透波隔热气凝胶材料及其制备方法,工艺简单,采用原位法制备耐高温疏水气凝胶复合材料,配方简单易调控,未增加繁杂的工艺步骤;相较于表面后处理法,制备的可重复使用透波隔热气凝胶材料,疏水效果可控,配方可控,疏水均匀性较好。所述的一种可重复使用透波隔热气凝胶材料耐高温,将制得的复合材料置于550℃、2h马弗炉中热处理,仍有较好的疏水效果,质量损失率小于1.3%,质量吸湿率仅为0.69%,疏水角大于140°。
