The invention discloses a frame-reinforced wave-transparent heat-insulating aerogel material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing aluminum oxide nano powder in water, adding an adsorbent solution and wave-transparent-shading dual-functional additive nanoparticles, and uniformly mixing to obtain a precursor mixed solution; putting the ceramic frame into a reaction kettle, adding the precursor mixed solution, enabling the precursor mixed solution to fully soak the ceramic frame, and putting the reaction kettle in a heating environment for reaction to obtain wet gel; taking out the wet gel, removing the wet gel on the surface of the ceramic frame, carrying out solvent replacement by using an organic solvent, and carrying out supercritical drying to obtain aerogel; the aerogel is subjected to heat treatment, and the frame-reinforced wave-transparent heat-insulation aerogel material is obtained. According to the invention, by introducing the wave-transparent and light-shading dual-functional auxiliary agent and the rigid frame structure, the aerogel composite material with good overall formability, high temperature resistance grade, excellent dielectric property and excellent mechanical strength is obtained.
本发明公开了一种框架增强透波隔热气凝胶材料及其制备方法,属于复合材料技术领域。本发明将氧化铝纳米粉分散于水中,加入吸附剂溶液、透波‑遮光双功能助剂纳米颗粒,混合均匀后得到前驱体混合液;将陶瓷框架放入反应釜中,加入前驱体混合液,使前驱体混合液充分浸透陶瓷框架,将反应釜置于加热环境中进行反应得到湿凝胶;将湿凝胶取出,去除陶瓷框架表面的湿凝胶,使用有机溶剂进行溶剂置换,进行超临界干燥得到气凝胶;将气凝胶进行热处理,得到框架增强透波隔热气凝胶材料。本发明通过透波遮光双功能助剂及刚性框架结构的引入,得到兼具好的整体成型性、高耐温等级、优良介电性能、优秀机械强度的气凝胶复合材料。
