The invention discloses a bridge pushing and rotating body combined erection system and a construction method, which are applied to construction of building a bridge by crossing an obstacle, the bridge pushing and rotating body combined erection system comprises a pushing system and a rotating body system, the rotating body system comprises a rotating body center unit, a rotating body support unit and a rotating body track beam unit, the pushing system is distributed on two sides of the obstacle, and the rotating body support unit is connected with the rotating body track beam unit. The main beam is pushed through the pushing system, so that part of the main beam crosses the obstacle; the swivel track beam unit is arranged on the swivel support unit, the swivel track beam unit and the swivel center unit are distributed on the two sides of an obstacle respectively to form two fulcrums for rotation of the main beam, and the swivel center unit drives part of the main beam crossing the obstacle to rotate and drives the remaining part of the main beam to rotate in place along the swivel track beam unit. And obstacle crossing construction of the main beam is completed. The scheme can well adapt to a large-span bridge crossing obstacles at a small angle, and compared with conventional full-bridge swivel construction, temporary measure projects can be greatly reduced, and the project cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁顶推转体联合架设体系及施工方法,应用于需跨越障碍物搭建桥梁的施工,其包括顶推体系及转体体系,转体体系包括转体中心单元,转体支架单元以及转体轨道梁单元,所述顶推体系分布于障碍物的两侧,通过顶推体系对主梁顶推进行部分主梁跨越障碍物;所述转体轨道梁单元设置于转体支架单元上并与转体中心单元分别分布于障碍物的两侧形成主梁转动的两个支点,通过转体中心单元驱动跨越障碍物后的部分主梁进行转动,并带动主梁剩余部分沿着转体轨道梁单元进行转动到位,完成主梁的障碍物跨越施工。本方案可以很好的适应小角度跨越障碍的大跨桥梁,且相对于常规全桥转体施工会大幅度减少临时措施工程,节约工程成本。
